Appraisals of commercial real estate reported in various formats. Full appraisal reports are narrative reports which vary in length and level of detail, dependent upon the scope of work and the intended use of the appraisal. Pricing and delivery times vary, depending upon complexity of the property and parameters of the assignment. High Rock Valuation also offers restricted use reports which are more condensed reports and are often completed in less time and are typically lower in fees, dependent upon the assignment. Restricted Use reports are only applicable in assignments when the client is the only intended user of the report.

Evaluations

High Rock Valuations offers evaluation reports on commercial properties. Evaluations are considered consulting assignments and not appraisal assignments. Evaluations are available in limited areas and are applicable for only some property types.
